The venue for the 77th RILEM Annual Week 2023 will be hosted in the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Center, a four-star hotel located in the downtown Vancouver, which will host the welcoming cocktail, the technical sessions and the committee meetings.

We have negotiated a highly discounted rate of $319 CAD/night for a limited number of rooms at the venue. The group rate is also available a few day before/after the conference dates, for your convenience; however, it is subject to availability. Therefore, if you are looking for an extended stay, please send them an email or call their reservation line directly. Please ensure indicate that you are part of the RILEM 2023 Group to receive the group rate.
The group rate is available until June 30, 2023; however if you are planning to attend the conference, please book your accommodation as soon as possible. Sheraton Vancouver Wall Center is amongst the most popular venues in downtown Vancouver and normally gets sold out really fast at this time of the year; also, the regular room rates can be a few folds higher than the secured special group rate at this venue!
If you are planning to book accommodation for dates before or after the conference, we kindly request that you contact the hotel directly. While our conference has reserved a block of rooms for the event, availability may be limited for pre and post-conference dates.
